For a number of years we have been involved in the syndication of real estate investments. Our focus is primarily on commercial retail properties that produce cash flow for our investors.

We normally look at deal sizes up to $15,000,000 for syndication and keep the number of investors small on each deal.

We prefer mid to long term holds on the investments that we syndicate. In addition, we invest our own capital into every deal that we do. And when we say our capital, we mean a real cash investment, not rolled in fees, promotes, or other fancy structures.

In addition to our normal acquisitions, we have been purchasing and syndicating small, distressed assets in the Southern California, Las Vegas and Phoenix markets.
